As we are located in Singapore, all prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We have provided indicative pricing in USD as reference for your ease of comparison.

Step 1: Sign up for an account here. We will need your particulars and details on record.

Step 2: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Click on the link in the email to activate your account.

Step 3: Browse and add items to your shopping cart.

Step 4: Check out and your order will be processed. For items in stock, please collect and make payment at our store within 1 week. For pre-order items, we will require a deposit and we will notify you via sms and email as soon as the products are released.

For items on sale, payment will be required upfront upon your order. Thereafter, you may pick-up your purchase at our store at your earliest convenience.

You do still need to activate your account by clicking on the activation link in the confirmation email sent to you after registration. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within a few hours.

Time needed for the email to reach you varies depending on which email platform (Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail etc) you are on and is not within our control. We apologise for any delays.

Should the Pre-Order status be already closed, you are encouraged to send us an email via a "Ask A Question" button on the product page itself, and request whether we may slot in a reservation for you for that item?

Please allow us 24-36 hours to respond whether your Add-Order Request is successful or not.
The "Wish-List" button is a feature that enables you to keep-In-view, a certain product or listing that you might be interested to pre-order, but have not quiet decided yet. 

Items on your "Wish-List" is not visible to the Web Administrator.

In the event that the product is available for purchase in-stock, you will be notified via email of its availability. Thereafter, you may secure your order for that item as an in-stock product.

We do encourage you to place your pre-orders early and on time. This is because for most products, we may only place a small buffer quantity on top of the orders we received, so by the time the preorders arrive, more often than not, we may already be fully reserved with no extra quantity for sale. Should that be the case, then the "Wish-List" notification will not be sent out.

Members who wish to secure a product whose status is "Pre-order Closed" should instead use the "Ask A Question" button on the Product Page itself, to request us to slot in your order before product launch.

We ship to most destinations worldwide.

All Pre-orders and In-stock items would have to be paid in full upon your order.  Shipping & handling charges are charged separately and you may combine your orders for shipment processing.

Shipping will be via Registered Airmail for small packages below 1.5 kg and via Airmail Parcel or EMS express (whenever feasible) for packages above 2kg.

Postage rates to Asia / Europe differs and packages to Russia and South American destinations may be costly. 

Overseas customers must note that the packages may be subjected to destination customs action upon arrival to your country. Overseas customers must be prepared to cooperate with Destination customs to have the packages cleared from Customs and pay up necessary duties and taxes incurred.

All orders taken are paid in FULL and cancellations are not encouraged and may be subjected to a cancellation fee, in cases where it is approved.  Hence, if uncertain, please enquire about shipping rates to your country before making a purchase.


We ship internationally to most destinations worldwide.  Postage rates to Asia / Europe differs and packages to Russia and South American destinations may be costly.

For purchases (either pre-orders or in-stock items) made on the website, you will be directed to make payment for the product(s) first. This is to ensure that you secure your item / preorder. 

Postage/Handling Fee is charged separately only when pre-order items are available to ship, as it is only then we can determine the product weight ( and hence shipping costs) with greater accuracy. 

If you are interested in a pre-order item, but there is no product weight to indicate shipping fee, you may use a similar product already in-stock as a gauge  to get a reasonably good estimation of shipping / postage charges.

As a customer, you can choose to wait till your pre-order items have all arrived, before you consolidate them for combined shipping. There will be savings from combining items for shipping, rather than shipping individually. However, there will be a maximum dimensions and weight limit for each package.

Registering on the website only allows you to place orders with us.

Changes to quantity of items submitted cannot be amended from the website at the moment.

To amend the quantity for any items ordered, simply use the "Ask A Question" button on the product page to write in to us for any changes needed. We will respond with a confirmation email once amendment has been done for you.

This applies to both increases and decreases in quantity needed.

A pre-order made is a commitment to purchase the item being offered ahead of start of production. Cancellations are allowed before the official pre-order deadline, subject to a cancellation charge for overseas customers due to payment gateway charges. Please note that repeated cancellations might result in suspension of your pre-order privileges.

Cancellation request will typically not be entertained when a pre-order has closed or when stocks have already arrived. Deposits (local customers) and full payments (overseas customers) will be forfeited if orders are not picked up once a period of 3 months have lapsed from date of stock arrival.

For overseas customers, pre-order items are paid up in full for the purpose of emphasing responsibility and commitment to purchase. When items are paid up in full, in principle the items belongs to you and we are placing the orders on your behalf. On our part, TFH is fully committed to fulfill these pre-orders once they are made available for shipping**. Having said that, cancellation requests will be considered on a case to case basis, and is subjected to the discretion of the management. Should a cancellation request be granted, please note that a 25% cancellation fee would still apply. This 25% cancellation fee may exclude any service fee that the Gateway Provider may charge the customer when the refund transaction is effected. 

** Please note that arrival schedule of pre-orders are based on estimates provided by the manufacturers and is subjected to change without notice. We may not be able to track or provide updates on any revised arrival schedule if such information is not forthcoming from the manufacturers. Even when items are available to ship, please understand that different regions may receive their arrivals at different times, and different retailers within the same region may also receive their arrivals at different times depending on their logistics arrangements. TFH does not boast to be the first to market for all arrivals and do not entertain frivolous requests for cancellation just because the same goods have arrived to other retailers earlier than TFH. 

We may mark down certain older inventory or sell off the last piece of a product at a bargain price. These are marked as "sale" and appear on a separate SALE tab which you can access conveniently. 

Also, special requisited items like exclusive toy show items that we manage to secure in limited quantities, may be put on "sale".

Items on Sale will require immediate payment via Paypal.

Returns and refunds are determined on a case-to-case basis and will be given at the discretion of TFH.

We do not offer refunds or rebates for the following cases:

1. Item/packaging damage as a result of transit or mishandling by postal services;

2. Manufacturing defect or QC issues affecting random pieces;

3. Factory seal on products has been broken; or if item has been played with.

4. Paint over/ undersprays.

5. Overseas orders whereby recipient refuse or ignore notices and contact (intentional or unintentional) by destination customs over import duties and tax payable for the release of the goods.

For overseas orders, Returns and Refunds are subjected to the following additional conditions:

1. Once package has been shipped, shipping fee has been incurred and are paid to our logistics partners. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds on postage payments once package has been despatched.

2. Payment made for overseas orders are channelled through 3rd Party Payment Gateway.  As such, any payment refunds for merchandize will take into account payment fees that were incurred.
