Mobile Police Patlabor x Zoids Collaboration Vol. 3! In the comic project Zoids x Patlabor: Code Name B.U.D.D.Y., the formidable enemy Fang Griffon appears to challenge the protagonists.
The Fang Tiger has been completely reborn, clad in jet‑black wings. Its entire armor is newly sculpted to recreate the glossy image of a griffon. The mechanical design is handled by renowned mecha designer Hidetaka Tenjin, with supervision by Yutaka Izubuchi, the mechanical designer of the headgear and world‑building contributions from scriptwriter Kazunori Itō.
When the switch is activated, the unit begins to advance, its head lowering in four stages while the twin fangs on its back thrust forward. It then continues to move forward, opening and closing its mouth while the twin fangs move up and down. The large wings can be manually posed vertically and horizontally. Standard Fang Tiger armor parts are also included in black coloring, allowing conversion into the "Black Fang Tiger" form.
